  • June & September: $1,300/per night
  • July & August: $1,500/per night
    (3 night minimum stay)

Four bedrooms plus two queen fold-out beds to accommodate 8 guests. Any additional guests (up to 12 maximum) will require a $50/night fee per guest included in the rental price.

Steps away are great salmon fishing from your choice of two fishing platforms or a large floating dock on the Kenai River. Fish cleaning station and a large freezer to store your fish. A completely remodeled and updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. The home is located on the edge of the Kenai River with an approximate one-mile view up the Kenai River from the kitchen, dining room, and main living room with a fireplace. Includes Viking kitchen appliances and a Maytag washer and dryer. 2200 sq ft of Trex multiple-level decks with a BBQ area and fire pit overlooking the Kenai River and interconnecting with an aluminum stairway and walkway to the river's edge.

Amazing House

This place exceeded all expectations. The house is newly remodeled and felt new. Thought the inside of the house was great and very comfortable, we spent most our time on the huge back deck around the gas fireplace. The views from back there are the best I have seen. We will be staying again.

Great house on the Kenai River

The home was very nice and clean. The decks on the back really make this house stand out with a long view of the river and surrounding mountains on clear days. Also a very nice propane fire pit. There was a grocery store nearby and plenty to do in the area. The host and property manager were sure to check in to see if anything was needed.

Beyond Perfect!

This is my 8th year traveling to Alaska. First time inviting our friends, 8 total. This property / home was beyond my expectation. Our group had no / 0 complaints. The views are breath taking. The location is far enough from town but close enough if needed. Very spacious, 4 great bedrooms (and mattresses) enough bathrooms and a kitchen with enough space for multiple cooks. We truly appreciated the use of their garage and extra fridge/freezer. Very useful for our staging space of fishing gear, shoes and jackets. The house manager was excellent and very kind to share places to see and eat. I feel very blessed to have found this home. The host owner, Don is exceptional. Thank y'all for a remarkable trip.
