2700 sq. ft. river home with plenty of room for families, reunions, group fishing trips, corporate getaways, weddings, and other large gatherings, with room to spare! Newly remodeled, with all amenities included. Bedrooms include the option of two twins for our fishing groups who don't want to share a bed, or a king for each room for a couple's retreat! Two sofa sleepers available for additional guests. Contact the host for additional guest accommodations!

Private access to the Kenai River, just walk out the back door and down the steps!

Warmth radiates from our very large sunroom with massive windows and views overlooking the river. If you're lucky, watch the resident eagle catch fish and perch on the trees right outside. Convenient to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and local drinking establishments. Make your getaway memorable at Gull's Landing.

Great Location!

We had a great stay at this rental! The house is clean and very spacious. Well equipped and all set up for fish cleaning as well! My family loved that we could fish right there at the house. You can’t beat this location. The property manager Kim was fantastic and very helpful!
