2700 Sq. ft. river home with plenty of room for families, reunions, group fishing trips, corporate getaways, weddings, and other large gatherings, with room to spare! Newly remodeled with all amenities included. Bedrooms include the option of two twins for our fishing groups who don't want to share a bed, OR a king for each room for a couples retreat! Contact host for additional guest accommodations!

Private access to the Kenai River, just walk out the back door and down the steps!
Warmth radiates from our very large sun-room with massive windows and views overlooking the river. If you're lucky, watch the resident eagle catch fish and perch on the trees right outside. Convenient to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and local drinking establishments. Make your getaway memorable at Gull's Landing.

  • 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
  • Check in: 4:00 PM | Check out: 11:00 AM.
  • Children under age four are free of charge.
  • No Pets.
  • Minimum Age | Primary Renter: 25
  • Max guests: 8.

This home provides plenty of room for large family get-togethers. If your group is larger than eight, an additional fee will be required per guest. Up to 12 guests may be acceptable.

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
  • Cleaning Fee: $300
  • Cleaned with disinfectant.
  • Contactless Check-in & Check-out.
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.
  • High-traffic areas disinfected (countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets, etc.).
  • House keeping available for an additional fee.

Great Location!
We had a great stay at this rental! The house is clean and very spacious. Well equipped and all set up for fish cleaning as well! My family loved that we could fish right there at the house. You can’t beat this location. The property manager Kim was fantastic and very helpful!
